This is another one of those WODs that seem to clash a bit with my 100 day pull-up challenge. I'm only on day 29, but makes me wonder if I'll hit CNS burnout or not, but at least I had the lunges to take my attention away though.
I'm with you Ben. I've been doing the Russian Pullup program, and I have to take more rest days off of that in order to maintain my WOD schedule.
