I didn't want to do the main page WOD today due to the fact that I'm 3 weeks into the Russian Pullup Program and more pullups are just out of the question right now. I don't want to over-train.
So I programmed a small, tidy metcon to but out in-between my buyin and cashout. Oh, I wrote an article about the whole buyin/cashout thing. Check it out HERE.
Anyway, back the WOD.
Buy In: Front squat, 76#, 5-5-5 with strict form
WOD: 5 Rounds for time, run 200m, 15 abmat situps, 15 pushups, 15 squats. Time 12:44
Cash Out: 25# KB Snatch, 5 each hand
